Institutional Affairs

Nowadays, European enterprises in addition to the challenge of globalisation have to face new challenges: the ageing populations, climate change and finite energy resources.

For European enterprises, being in the frontline when it comes to these new challenges, the European Union must be able to provide them with adequate policies and tools in time.
To this end, the Union must rely on efficient institutions with rapid and transparent decision-making process based a representative system of consultations. Efficiency also implies that the Union acts proportionately, with a minimum of bureaucracy and only where it is the best actor

In this context EUROCHAMBRES will monitor all proposals aiming to enhance the efficiency of the EU institutions and will secure the voice of European enterprises in the consultation process at European level.
